What the Program is About:
This program is a value-added service of the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce.
The goals of the program are to establish professional and personal standards for attitude and service skills in Lloydminster's business community.
The Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce believes that local customers and visitors must receive the
very best customer service.
And with these goals in mind, the Chamber of Commerce wishes to acknowledge the outstanding efforts of individuals and businesses who provide
exceptional customer service.
How to Get Nominated:
Everyone who deals with a customer is eligible to be nominated. Just give your usual good service, and add a little extra. The next thing you know, the customer may complete a nomination form or phone the Service with a Smile phone line and describe the reasons why you should be nominated.
You can be nominated as many times as your customers feel that you should. There is no limit in your ability to provide excellent customer service and therefore no limit to the number of times you can be nominated.
Certificates of recognition will be given to nominees that have multiple and outstanding nominations. You may also win a monthly prize and be eligible for the grand prize.
Nomination Methods:
There are several ways for a nomination to be received by the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce. Forms
are found inside the Service with a Smile brochure which are located in local businesses. These forms can be dropped off or mailed to the Chamber office (4419-52nd Ave., Lloydminster, AB. T9V
0Y8). Another way is to phone in a nomination to the Chamber office line at
875-9013.
