Duties and responsibilities: Assist staff with handing out information sheets, assist with enrollment, inquiry sheets,etc., assist with the six-minute walk test, and monitor the walkers - communicating to staff if anyone is having difficulties. Sessions are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 10am - 12pm at the Civic Centre. Volunteer should be available 15 minutes early to help set up and take down. The perk...all the walking you can fit in after your assistance is no longer needed between registrations.

Duties and responsibilities: Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Deliver nutritional meals to clients assigned by a service planner. Pick meals up at Bea Fisher 3514-51 ave at 11:00am and deliver to clients, returning warming containers at the end of your route. Time commitment is approximately one hour.
