Marketplace Frequently Asked Questions

This section is designed to answer any common questions that may arise when using the Webpage Creator FAQ'S

1) How do I sign up to the Marketplace?

Answer: Design and submit your company's Webpage (Member Company Profile Page) using the Webpage Creator, and the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce will contact you within the next business day, regarding your new Webpage.

2) How long until I can have my page up and available on line?

Answer: Your page and all future changes to it requires the approval of the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce. Once it has been reviewed and approved (or declined) you will receive an e-mail notification of the status of your Webpage.

3) How and where do I make changes to my Webpage?

Answer: You simply to the login link place your log in information into the appropriate fields and then you can make changes.
Note: The changes you have made are not immediately live. Once you have made all your changes to your Webpage you must then click the [Submit to Admin for Approval] at the bottom of your Control Panel Page. Click this only when all your changes have been made. This sends an email notification to the Lloydminster Chamber requesting approval. Once it has been reviewed and approved (or declined) you will receive an e-mail notification of the status of your Webpage changes. Login Instructions - See Step #4

4) Does it cost anything to make changes to my Webpage?

Answer: No, it will not cost you anything to make changes to your Webpage. You may update and change your information as many times as you want, free of charge. Just remember to submit all your changes so they can be approved and become live.

5) Can I add pictures to my Webpage?

Answer: Yes, you may add a gallery of pictures to your Webpage such as a company or business logo. There is an picture gallery program that can be used for promoting up to 12 items. If assistance is needed there will be a small charge for this added service.

6) Can I find my user name and password if I have forgotten them?
Answer: Yes, you can recover your personal information if you click on the Member Login button at the top of the the homepage and then click Forgot your password? Then follow the simple instructions.

7) What can I do to get the most out of my Webpage and take advantage of the marketing opportunities this site provides?
Answer: There are many things you can do, the most important is to keep your page current and updated.

8) How do you get involved?
Answer: Fill out your Member Application From and submit it for approval to the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce. Once membership is paid and approved, you will be able to actively participate in the Marketplace.
