Awarded to a business that has been operating for longer than three years and who employs less than 25 people. Taken into consideration will be job creation, expansion and turnabout activities undertaken as well as economic viability of the company in the areas of growth and stability over the next few years. Activities to improve and maintain a high level of concern and commitment to positive employee relations as well as specific activities that the company has undertaken to improve and enhance customer satisfaction and high quality service is also scrutinized. Research and development activities will be considered by the judges as well as marketing innovation used by the company.
