What is a Chamber Connect? .................................................. ..[Previous Mixers]

A Chamber Connect is an after hours mixer that is a great opportunity for the business community to meet and network with each other. The diversity of the group creates excellent networking opportunities, interesting discussions, and interaction. Business cards are exchanged and new contacts are made, participants are served food and beverages as the Chamber Connect sponsor determines. Mingle with a diverse group of professionals in a friendly, fun and comfortable environment with prizes, appetizers, refreshments, and networking. The Chamber Connect is usually held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month normally running from 5:00 - 6:30 pm. Sometimes in July and August a mixer is not held. Mixers may start earlier or even noon, depending on the host.

The Chamber Connect will host a Chamber Connections Table. The table will be dressed for members to place their business cards, members only promotions, etc. to share with the membership. No bookings, the table will be first come, first serve. Bring your info!

For new members and guests, there will be two Board members serving as hosts at each mixer. They will be available to introduce you to other members at the mixer. Look for the "HOST" name tag, or ask at the sign in table.

Chamber Connect Attendance Program. - Anyone who attends a monthly Chamber Connect can drop their business card into a separate bucket where their name will then be recorded on a spreadsheet. At the end of the year in December, the names on that list will be tallied and the person who has attended the most Chamber Connect's throughout the year will be awarded a prize of $500 Chamber Dollars to be spent at a member business (or businesses) of the winner's choice! In the event that there is more than one person who has attended the most times, a draw will be made. The winner will then be announced at December's Chamber Connect.

Who can Sponsor a Chamber Connect?
Any business in good standing can host a Chamber Connect after hours mixer. It is important however to speak for a date early in the year as the spots fill up quickly. Some businesses co-sponsor a mixer and share the cost.
