After Hours Mixer

October 14, 2009 - Barr Colony Heritage Cultural Centre

The Barr Colony Heritage Cultural Centre hosted an After Hours Mixer on October 14.

There was an excellent turnout for this mixer and everyone who attended had an opportunity to meet Laura Hale Artist in Residence. Marivin Kryska, welcomed everyone and all attendees were updated on the many programs and events that were happening at the centre. We were also free to a tour the exhibits.

There was also a schematic plan available displaying the much needed upgrades to the Weaver Park Campsite which is adjacent to the Barr Colony Centre. This plan displayed the new facilities that were being created for the Weaver Park site.

Once again there were many door prizes supplied by our generous sponsors. Everyone enjoyed the hors d' oeuvres and specialty food immensely.
