Each Year in March, the Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce holds its annual General Meeting. At this meeting, the Membership has a chance to review the yearly financial report, elect new Directors for the Board, and swear in the incoming President, Vice President, and Board Members. It also gives members the opportunity to review the Annual Report.
Corporate Members are recognized, awards and special presentations recognize members for individual efforts or service.
The Days Hotel & Suites Lloydminster hosted the AGM on Tuesday, March 22nd. Thanks for the great hospitality!
The program started with O Canada lead by Director Wendy Plandowski and Grace by Finance Director Kevin Lundell.
After the group enjoyed their lunch, President John Winter delivered his Presidents Report. It was followed by a message from ED Pat Tenny delivered by Wendy, message from Acting ED Serena Sjodin and greeting from the City delivered by Mayor Rob Saunders. See our 2016 Board of Directors
The official meeting included the adoption of past minutes, reading of the financial report, nomination committee report and a call for nominations from the floor for Directors, delivered by Past President, Chris Parsons.
Mayor Saunders then swore in the incoming President Kevin Kraft, incoming Vice President Kiel Kelly, and the 2016 Board of Directors.

President John Winters then presented Long Service Awards to Directors Wendy Plandowski and Linda Rutley for their contributions to the Chamber over the years. We welcome our new Director Tara Ferguson from Servus Credit Union.
The program concluded with the passing of the gavel to the incoming President, a special plaque to our Outgoing President and President Kevin Kraft’s message.
